1. Service

ShouldWeBuild ("we", "us") is operated by Wired to Win LLC, a Texas LLC. We provide AI-assisted business idea analysis reports.

2. Not professional advice

Our reports are research aids, not investment, legal, tax, or business advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

3. Credits and refunds

Credits never expire. If a report fails due to a system error on our end, your credit is automatically refunded. If you're unhappy because the verdict was unfavorable, that is the product working as intended and is not a basis for refund.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ShouldWeBuild for illegal activities, to validate ideas involving illegal goods or services, or to attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

5. Data

Your submitted ideas are stored in your account for your access. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service. We do not sell your data.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
